Asus Dual Series GPU Fans not spinning unless above 45*C

I have an Asus GTX 1060 Dual Series 3Gb GPU, I am seeing abnormally high temps while just using the internet, youtube and the like. The reason being is that my GPU fans are not spinning above 45*C. Even sometimes after it goes from idling to 48-50* C they will not spin up. They only consistently spin up above 52-ish degrees. Any ideas as to why? and how I could possibly get them to spin all the time?

And what's the problem here? 45 degress is almost abnormally low, not high lol. You should be worried when you start hittin 70 degrees when idling. Most newer gpus have the feature not to spin fans when idling so that they stay quiet for as long as possible

Many GPUs won't rev up their fans until about 50c, so they can stay quiet in most non GPU heavy situations.

That temperature is perfectly safe.

If you worry that much you can create a custom fan curve in GPU Tweak. You can me so as they spin all the time, or start spinning at 35ºC for example.
