Graphical Issues

I have an old pile of hardware my brother got, and we assembled it and when it finally posted, it had weird colours and symbols. I'm thinking it's the old ATI Radeon 9800 Pro, while my brother thinks it's the ABIT IC-7. Any help or insights are appreciated.

I think thats currpot memory on the gpu !

I have no other GPUs that go into an AGP ?
