Cpu upgrade

I'm looking to upgrade my CPU from my g4560 it has to be lga 1151 and it needs to be under $150

Only thing you can really upgrade to with that money is an i3, and that's not even worth considering.

Stick with what you have until you can afford a 7600k/7700k.

Personal suggestion: Wait for H310 chipset, and go for Coffee Lake Pentium or Core i3.

You can get i5 7400, i5 7500, i5 7600 within $150 depending on your location. All of these will fit on your motherboard. There are some offers on ebaycom. Try to find the best deal. If you live in Australia, gumtree can be your best bet.

Not worth it. if you can change the mobo, i5 8400 is the best CPU available today P2P wise.

They don’t perform as well as the i5-7500 because they are designed with power draw limitation and thermals in mind.

I found one guy from Australia offering me i5 7600(way better than 7500) for $120 but shipping from AUS is steep and he was not willing to ship.
