trying to fix old comp please help

I get 1 short beep with a 1 second pause then 2 short beeps. the mobo is a Asus P5LDZ SE

 

-edit and another problem is the fan when you plug it in it just ramps up to the max speed and stays at it. and it wont slow down when i turn the speed nob. The fan is a old ThermalTake with a Thermaltake VR Fan Speed PCI controler

Issue with memory?

i can try taking the GPU out but wont be able to see any thing cause i only have a conecter for DVI and VGA not the big purple thing on the mobo xD

Seems like a ram issue to me. You sure caps on the motherboard are fine, any of them look slightly larger or are leaking then its a gonna
