Constant Freezing

Hi guys,

My custom built PC has started to lock-up where it would not respond to keyboard inputs, monitor would freeze and would require a hard reset. My setup is 2months old and this has not occured before. Would generally freeze while playing fortnite and Black Desert Online, or youtubing, all with discord running in the background. Sometimes it would also freeze as soon as I boot up the computer. Also, the computer does not fully restart, the monitor would shut off but the motherboard would remain light up and remain like that. Temperatures at time of crashes would generally range from mid-30's to mid-40's, according to HWinfo. I've updated my BIOS to the latest and drivers are all up-to-date. Ran memtest86 for 4hours with no errors (4passes)

 

My specs are:

Motherboard: ASRock AB350M Pro4

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 1200

RAM: 8gb

GPU: Nvidia GTX 1060 3GB

PSU: Corsair CX650 650 WATT

OS: Windows 8.1 64-Bit

 

I appreciate any help and I would like to apologise in advance if I am confused by anything. I'm not a computer person.
