Would i run into driver issues when using 2 Nvidia gpu's or is that not how it works?

Nope:

Edit: Note that I used to fold on the HD4600 and GTX 650ti when I didn't have to use a stock cooler on my 4790K (it overheats running F@H now-even with all cores and the iGPU underclocked+undervolted).

Would it theoretically be possible to have a GPU for gaming and a GPU for mining connected to the same computer and being able to game on one while the other mine's away or do you need to have them on separate systems all together?

I have an SLI motherboard and an over the top cpu, so could i just add another GPU to this system i have and have it mine all the time without it affecting my games too much, or do I need to build a whole new rig?

@ me if you want me to respond  :))

You wouldn't but you'd piss off people who want to buy a GPU for gaming.

Buying a GPU for mining is effectively meaning you support GPU pricing at the moment and that you endorse destroying the PC Gaming Industry*.

Judge a product on its own merits AND the company that made it.

How to setup MSI Afterburner OSD | How to make your AMD Radeon GPU more efficient with Radeon Chill | (Probably) Why LMG Merch shipping to the EU is expensive

Oneplus 6 (Early 2023 to present) | HP Envy 15" x360 R7 5700U (Mid 2021 to present) | Steam Deck (Late 2022 to present)

Mid 2023 AlTech Desktop Refresh - AMD R7 5800X (Mid 2023), XFX Radeon RX 6700XT MBA (Mid 2021), MSI X370 Gaming Pro Carbon (Early 2018), 32GB DDR4-3200 (16GB x2) (Mid 2022

Noctua NH-D15 (Early 2021), Corsair MP510 1.92TB NVMe SSD (Mid 2020), beQuiet Pure Wings 2 140mm x2 & 120mm x1 (Mid 2023),

You could try it. Just using a mining program that can pick the components easier. Then let it run and play and game and see how it hold up. Would also need to unlink the cards in the oc’ing program.

Only gonna have one Nvidia driver anyway so it won’t be an issue if they are both Nvidia cards.

I can say I did it for a few months with no problems.  GTX 970 for gaming and RX 480 for mining.
