Yes, his motherboard will have an ethernet port, and his wireless adapter will be USB. How would one bridge the connection?

We should both have windows 10

just go into "network connections" (Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Network Connections) and select both and pick "bridge"

Long story short, my roommates PC has a wireless adapter, mine does not. I have an Ethernet cable, but due to circumstances cannot hook up the cable to the router [Not a length issue, i'm not allowed to do so]. It there a way, i can plug my desktop into his, and gain internet connectivity?

Living situations are weird, im basically going to be boarding with another family, and his mother wont allow me to snake a cable through the kitchen (Damn!), at my current place i drilled through the floor to get that cable down there. Im ordering a Wireless Adapter but it won't be here for a week or two.

Please giveth me the sweet fruit of information that is stealing internet from his PC :)

Oh yeah, and my roommate is not computer-inclined, i am for the most part, so he'll say yes no problem.

If he has two ports, or a port and wifi, he can just "bridge" the connections, which will allow you to use his connection

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.
