What are some cases you guys would recommend for the following, I'm simply overwhelmed by some of the choices out there:

a. a full ATX mobo + full ATX PSU. No GPU but needs 240mm aio support. Doesn't need to look pretty as it'll be stashed away as a file server. Priority: Noise.

b. m-itx mobo + SFX PSU. Dual slot GPU. 120mm aio support. (And no, I'm not going with a node 202) Priority: Portability.

c.m-itx mobo + sfx PSU. Single slot GPU. As long as it can fit a Cryorig C7 or a Scythe Big Shurikan I'm happy. Priority: Price.

Any help would be appreciated. Please tell me why you chose the case you recommend :)

What specific components do you have in mind for each scenario?

Where are you shopping/located? Budget?

For the atx build, I'm going with an i3-7350K and a gtx 970 as a guest gaming build. Budget is flexible as long as it's quiet and understated (will be under desk)

For the first itx build, have a 7600K and a 1060 as a LAN PC. Budget is flexible, I need a small case that'll fit an h75 (single fan) and an itx psu

For the second itx build, have an i3-7100 and an old video adapter (onboard graphics is dead). I'd like this to be as cheap as possible without resorting to hand cuttingly sharp cases.

What cooler are you using for the 7350k?

For itx, a cheap but effective option is the Elite 110: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/QCjG3C/cooler-master-case-rc110kkn2

If you want something a bit more premium and don't mind a larger size, the Define Nano S is a breeze to work in: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/VH2rxr/fractal-design-case-fdcadefnanosbkw

The Metis is alright if you want something smaller and like struggling with cramped spaces: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/Wgs8TW/raijintek-case-0r200006

The airflow isn't great but it can be modded if you're into that.
