System won't post

Hi, brother is building a computer and we can't get it to post. We have tried just the 24-pin, CPU and 24-pin and removing the cmos battery.

 

System

Ryzen 1600

Msi B350M Bazooka

DDR4 3000mhz

750ti superclocked

Seasonic M12 bronze 620 watts

Are there any error LEDs on the motherboard? The motherboard manual shows what they could be pointing to.

Could we get a picture just to check everything is right on that end. if you can with the whole motherboard in frame

RAM/Mobo could be faulty...  but we need to check....

Yes there is lights but those aren't even turning on. None of the mobo Leds are turning on, no beeps, the cpu fan isn't turning, and non of the error leds are turning on either.

Put the CPU cooler on. It should come with pre-applied thermal compound so you don't need to get any.

that doesn't matter right now we just want it to spin were not running the system we just want it to post then we will put it on.

Is the GSKILL ram lighting up whatsoever? Should light up if it’s getting power. I’ve had a similar issue, and i found it was a dead stick - i had the same exact sticks. Take one stick out, test slot by slot with that stick, and then try the same with the other stick. @RMcNasty

A different psu to try? I'm not up to date with Ryzen, but it has been to known to have issues with high frequency ram, any other sticks of DDR4 ram to try?
