I need help.

I turned my computer on and I was welcomed to this screen. 

 

I can not use my mouse so I can not click the x or okay. Help?

I have no idea what that is.

It is where you can re-write the BIOS without a CPU and motherboard.

On another note, I pressed escape on my keyboard and my computer booted up. Is my problem fixed or will this reoccur?

It didn't happen again. I'm now just curious what the initial cause was.

The title of the box says instant flash, which might indicate a bios flash tool. Did you have a usb jump drive in your bios flash port on your motherboard? Were you trying to update your bios? 

 

I personally would flash my bios to the most recent update to ensure that my bios is not corrupted. I know there is a minor risk of flashing your bios, but if done properly it will be just fine.

Maybe you accidentally pressed the key on your keyboard, which starts the flash utility, during post?
