No post, beeps or display on boot

Gullerback

My second computer a few weeks ago had bluescreened while i was off in the kitchen, I rebooted and ever since the computer wont even make it to post.

I've tried:

videocard - works (EVGA 1070 Black Edition

Ram - works (corsair LPX 3000)

power supply works (seasonic focus 650 watt titanium)

motherboard brand new, had 2 of the same (MSI Mortar Z270 x 2)

CPU - no other cpus to test with (6600k)

I've cleared Cmos, removed the battery, Tested the power supplies, Reseated the cpu over 5 times. removed all devices to bare minimum and still wont work.   It powers on, Fans are running, LEDS are lit, but there is no beeps, no post, no display, no response to peripherals and im absolutely baffled, My only guess is a dead cpu but it seems odd to just BSOD and die out of the blue without even an OC.

The only indication i get is a VGA LED error, I've googled to my hearts content but found nothing, If anyone has anything else to try please.

If it's giving you a VGA error try without the 1070 installed.

If it was a CPU problem, it should give you an indication.

You mentioned you had two of the same motherboard. Try a different board perhaps?
