Iphone 7 locked

I have a iphone 7 that my cousin bought from someone. And she asked me if I can unlock it. Any help ? 

It has something to do with the activation. But i can't bypass that.

Unlock it as in bypass  the lockscreen or unlock as in make it work on other networks?

I have to put the email and password.  But I dont have them. Something like this.

I did that. But still nothing. It is still the same.

It probably is. :)) I dont know why my cousin bought it. Now she cant do anything with it. :)))

Yeah, but if its stolen and the owner reported the IMEI number to the carrier it could be labeled as a stolen phone. So the carrier your cousin uses, might not allow it on their network period any way.
