Noctua vs Be quiet

Hello guys, ive got a 280mm AIO. I was wondering which of these two would fit the best in my system. I want QUIET operation not the best performance but I dont want crappy temp too !

First, these are both excellent fans.

The Noctuas seems to be slightly quieter, to my ear at least.  The be quiet has a slightly higher pitch noise to it.  

If looks are of any concern than you should consider the Noctua's brown and tan-ness, though there should be black versions available too.

Either are good. Fans and heatsinks are well-crafted. I'm a bigger fan of the Dark Rock and Pure Rock with the be quiet! Silent Wings vs the Noctua banner colors.

If you don't have a side-panel window and your case will fit it I recommend the Cryorig R1 Universal or R1 Ultimate

Your comment doesnt answer anything I asked ... it is not about air vs liquid ... its just what fan to use with liquid ... not what is the best cpu cooler LOL
