Who is using a trackball or alternative pointing device other than a mouse?

I also use Trackman, but it is in the process of being replaced because the buttons are not durable enough. The left-click suffers intermittent signal loss when holding the click, which is fatal for click-drag. That was my second one; the first one suffered total left-click failure.

I've had that particular model for years, and own 2 of them right now.
