Do I Have 65GB Of Ram In Reality?

Hi all, just came to my mind, that I have 8 DIMMs of 8GB ram modules installed on my main rig, where 1GB = 1024MB, so 8GB = 8192. Following this logic, would I have 65536MB/65.5GB of RAM?

You have 65.5 GB in decimal, 64 in binary. 64GiB is the binary only measurement.

Yours faithfully

no the conversion works both ways so 65536mb / 1024 is your 64gb
