If I'm not mistaken, that's a single core processor.
I wouldn't try it, CS GO's more CPU intensive, it'll probably be a horrible, stuttery mess if it even runs.

Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.9 Ghz  | Gigabyte AB350M Gaming 3 |  PaliT GTX 1050Ti  |  8gb Kingston HyperX Fury @ 2933 Mhz  |  Corsair CX550m  |  1 TB WD Blue HDD

Inside some old case I found lying around.

I wouldn't bother, RAM's not your issue. Just save up for a new laptop.

Yea, get a new laptop. I told you, RAM's not your issue. As @Jurrunio's already pointed out, you're laptop's too weak.

Also, how do you have 1.75 usable with 6 gb of available RAM.

No, wasn't quoted or mentioned so didn't bother to read as I thought it wasn't related. That one would probably run a bit better, but still not good.

for the second laptop, 720p with resolution scaling all the way down should do.

No. Even if it would run, I wouldn’t call it gaming.

would it be able to run csgo intel pentium quad core n3530 2.58ghz 4gb ddr3 ram intel hd graphics?

It should be able to run, at low resolution and graphic settings. The frame rate will likely be low, so don’t get your hopes up to high.

a raspberry pi will run CSGo, you'll be fine.
