2X PC Streaming Question

I have an interesting conundrum.

I have an I7 7700k with a 1080ti and 16 GB DDR4 RAM, along with a I5 6600K with a 1060 SSC 6GB edition (no RAM yet due to shortage but most likely 8-12 GB).

I plan to use the 1080ti PC for playing games and the 1060SSC PC for streaming, I have a 120 Mb down and 10-20Mb up connection.

I was hoping to get a suggestion or two in the right direction for a capture card or something Akin for streaming from 1080ti PC to 1060SSC PC to twitch

Honestly the first rig is enough to stream and game off, I have a 4 year old rig and I can still game and stream games like fallout 4 and ARMA 3

Nice man, and the PC is just extra lying around and im too lazy to sell it, so I was gonna make it into a part time cryptocurrency miner (I know its prob no amazing build for it, but its just lying around), and was trying to find another use when its not mining and or being my NAS  (plus combining that with a 1080ti mining I may actually make something seeing I don't pay much for power where I live)

And a final note, if I do go through with the second PC would it be wise of Liquid cool the I5 6600K
