Similar IEM recommendation

So I had a pair of these: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B0183U3BG8/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

 

They were without a doubt the most comfortable IEM's I have ever had the pleasure of owning and the sound was good for the price but they popped open and broke on me.... :L

 

So I'm looking for any recommendations for good IEM's of that same design.

 

Does anyone know? Or know of a better place for me to ask something this specific?
