Posted January 4, 2018 Get MSI afterburner. Install it. While opening games, take a look at your GPU usage. Or, just change the fan curve a bit. Want to know which mobo to get? I have precision x and as soon as I launch the applications the screens cut, and I have adjusted my fan curve.
 Posted January 4, 2018 That could be one of two things - - A bad cooling solution that results in the fan going to 100% and the card shutting down (no display) to save itself. It's happened to me before (I've left the fans at 0RPM while running heavy tasks) and I've survived it, but you'll have to reseat and probably repaste your cooler. This is the case if it takes a while of load before it goes blank. - A fatal crash on the GPU due to instability, most of the time they involve the GPU shutting down and the fan being auto put on 100%. This is the case if the crash is immediate as you start a game or other workload. EDIT: Seems to be this one according to what you said above. We have a NEW and GLORIOUSER-ER-ER PSU Tier List Now. (dammit @LukeSavenije stop coming up with new ones) You can check out the old one that gave joy to so many across the land here Computer having a hard time powering on?
