(Not Joking) Need help actually opening the RivaTuner Statisitics Server Technology screen

I have the latest versions of Afterburner and RTSS installed, the OSD works just fine in game....except the RivaTuner Statistics Server technology screen will not appear and I do not know how to enable it.

I've tried killing the processes and running it again, enabling different settings, restarting my PC, but nothing I have done works. I want to be able to set a framerate limit in the RTSS tech screen to help

lessen discrepancies between my frametime and my framerate. Any ideas?

+3 for the info. I'm so used to having to jump through hoops to get it to work, that I never considered there may be a simple solution.
