Idle CPU temps ~ 89C

So I have an HP Envy DV6 laptop with an intel i7 3630QM and an nVidia GT630M graphics card.

Up until now I've been able to play games properly, but now, warframe runs at 7FPS, Roblox can't be maxed out etd.

I've been searching to the reason why and it turns out that my idle cpu temps are around 89C, and GPU, when It's not doing anything so everything is running of of the intel integrated one, 72C

 

Is this normal and what should I do, reapply the thermal compound or what?
