Looks like the last supported Windows version for that card is Windows 8. Your options would be:

 

  • Downgrade to the still supported Windows 8
  • Get a newer GPU, the 3xxx series is 10 years old
  • Switch to an OS like Linux

Download driver's from AMD's site. Use their auto-detect tool if you aren't comfortable with finding the drivers on your own.

What’s a GPU that can work with my Dell Optiolex 960 SFF???
