Maybe you're running at different in-game settings?  Are you running similar hardware?

I am blind as a bad, but I can't see the choppiness or blockiness. Encoding-wise it looks just fine to me. In-game settings do look different, though.

My bad, I should have noticed that. I'll collect a quick clip on All high, which rest assured I can run on around 100FPS, going to change my URL soon above

And yes, Xicor's specs are an GTX960 and a i5 6600k, 

Mine are: GTX1060 6GB and a i5 7600, apart from the CPU, we have the same amount of ram (16GB, but my monitor's 75HZ while he's probably 144hz, additional question, would that affect the smoothness of the clips we record? Might sound extremely retarded but I'm not one for this type of stuff.

No. Youtube videos are all 60fps or 30fps anyway
