Does any RAM fit in a motherboard?

I have a B150M PRO-D  I want 16 gb but there is only 2 slots for my MB. so i decided to buy more ram but in the form of 2x8. The MB says "DDR4 2133 MHz" what does that mean? The only consideration would be clearance from the height of the RAM and an air cooler.

Definitely will work with your MB but you could try and find a cheaper deal though.

any idea where i could find cheaper deals? I kinda DONT want to spend 200$ on 2 sticks of 8gb when im 16 with not job atm .-.

ram is overpriced RIGHT NOW you won't find much cheaper

That is honestly hard. i doubt you'd find any brand new but maybe someone is selling parts or online trough amazon. or actually got into bestbuy and look around because the price of RAM has been on the climb.

nope the markets going to be high till it isn't and your best bet of getting a deal is stalking craigslist fir a deal or reddit hardware swap
