Cpu error, what happened?

Hello, so I can't remember exactly what I was doing when this happened, maybe my computer was restarting or maybe it just shut off, but at some point my computer just stopped working and the motherboard showed a cpu error. I have a Gigabyte AX370 Gaming K5, a Ryzen 5 1600x, an evga 1060 3gb, an evga 750w gold rated modular psu, and a samsung 850 500gb. When i try to boot nothing happens, even though everything turns on, my fans spin, and the lights are on. It is brand new (A few weeks) so I have no idea why it broke. I checked all the connections, and everything seems fine with the hardware. I can't get a new chip under AMD warranty, because I put an overclock on it and used an NZXT AIO. There have been some worrying moments that may have caused it, because the power cord from my outlet has fallen out of the computer a few times, causing a shut off, but I don't know for sure. The overclock should have boosted the chip to 3.85ghz at 1.4 volts, and overall it wasn't that stable. Every time I started my computer, it would beep, then blackscreen for a few seconds. Sometimes it would come back, and sometimes it wouldn't. It passed a stress test once, but I don't know if that was enough. Sometimes I would boot up and it would tell me that windows couldn't start correctly, so I would shut down then turn it back on. There was a lot of fluctuation in what it did when I turned it on, so I am very worried that this means the voltage was fluctuating. If this was the case, I don't know what I could do about it because of warranty issues. I bought the processor at Micro Center originally, but i doubt their warranty would cover this. Again, I have no idea what caused it, and I would hate to buy a new part, so can anyone help? (sorry didn't realize there was a troubleshooting section)

Don't think so, I have no other parts

Try testing every component individually, starting with the motherboard. Try powering that on with no GPU or storage and see what POST code it gives you(how many times it beeps, how long each beep lasted, what lights turned on). I'm inclined to think you may have fried your CPU :/ another thing to test would be if your CPU cooler is fully functional, exactly what cooler is it?

I tried that, every time it gives me the same cpu error light. My mobo doesn't beep or make noises, should it? My cooler is a Kraken x62, so it should be fine heat-wise. I think the cooler is working, because if it wasn't, I might still be able to get it to POST. I agree that I have probably fried it, so tomorrow I am going to go to Micro Center to see if they can test it, and if it is dead I will see if they can refund it or just buy a new one. Thanks for the help and suggestions!

Make sure your cooler works by applying power to the pump, you can use a 9-volt battery and some wires for that. I've seen a lot of pump failures on that cooler, so it would be a good idea to make sure your cooler didn't fail before jumping directly to the CPU.
