Christmas Audio Questions

For Christmas i'm planing on getting both my dad and brother audio stuff. For my dad he wants new noise canceling headphones since he broke his. He had Bose something or other (I have no idea he even had these). So my mom was just planning on replacing them then since i kind of know this stuff came to me. T I've heard a lot about the bose qc15, but after doing some research and seeing some amazon sales the sennheiser pcx450 seems like a good option as well. Which one would you says is better with an iPhone 5 (which is the phone he has). I was planning on getting him the fiiO e6 portable amp. Would that make a difference or get something else. For my brother I want to get him IEM that  aren't skull candy so he can hear some good audio. He prefers some bass so i was thinking about the klipsch s4 or s4i.

Don't bother getting an amp if you're buying headphones with ANC (active noise cancelling).

 

Maybe consider the JBL J33 for your brother - they sometimes drop down to about $40-50.
