Hello everyone, ever since I got my gtx 1050 ti and have been able to play pubg, I've been having problems with the game starting and loading in. It will stay on the original screen and by the time my game loads I'm either dead or on the edge of the map where it's impossible to win. My specs are a 1050 ti 4gb, 4 gigs of ram, i5 2400. I've got a 500 gb hdd and an otiplex 390 case(I know the case is bad) please give me tips if anyone has any.

Also this doesn't happen in any games similar like fortnite. I'm really disappointed in this and I hope someone has a possible fix :D

have you checked any resource managers while you are playing? task manager for example to see if something is being over used, sounds very similar to my brothers old PC when we would play a large map on rust, which was caused by not having enough RAM, I want to say pubg is a 8K map? could be something similar to that.

A faster hard drive or SSD will speed up the load time when jumping into a game (the game must be installed on this faster storage in order for it to load faster. That's probably a given, but, better safe than sorry)

Yeah, I thought it would most likely have been something similar to my hardrive, do you know by any chance if the optiplex 390 case can support ssd's very well? (Sorry, Ik I'm a newbie with this stuff) @TVwazhere

Well I know it 'll fit, I'm just wondering if there are sata cables inside of the optiplex 390 case @Himommies  (I have the standard motherboard btw, I know it's a trash build. But it's the best I have atm)

Just open it and see. If there's not one, borrow the optical drive's cable or get one. They're really cheap.
