950$ build with 1070TI Amp Extreme

So im looking to build a Desktop very soon!, I just need a 1070Ti in the system and maybe a Ryzen or intel processor (Don't Matter)

and a some what good looking case.

What dollar are you using? (USD, CAD, AUD, etc) and is the budget $950?

$986 is as close as I could get it without feeling hosed by some part or another...  The R3-1200 will bottleneck that 1070ti a good bit, but you could always sell it and pick up a Ryzen 7 later on when you have the funds.

we can go to 980$ max but the GPU is the main reason since heavy gaming, adobe stuff, Rendering.

The Extreme puts me in the good mood sound Powerful :D, CPU uhh something that wont bottleneck it, other Ram etc decent side i will upgrade the build as I earn money on the way from photoshop and other stuff I do with Adobe

so if it is possible with a 1070Ti amp extreme lets do it if not i can do a 1060gtx 6gb version tho, the system has to have a monitor to in the part list cuz im bad at picking stuff up.
