ok my dad gave money and i am thinking to buy Google Nexus 7 2012 Tablet

 

 

what do u think i should buy that or an ipad?

nexus 7 2012 is still an excellent tablet for the price.

 

I have one, and you get all the latest updates.

The Nexus 7 2012 is a great tablet. It has 4.2.2 and its still smooth. I own this tablet and it is still handling games and applications, and the UI is great without any lags.

find a 2013 one the price is not much more for the performance and responsiveness you get the 2012 had reports of slowing down after long use or over time 

not available in my country yet and 2012 tablet comes in my price range

and also people complained in review that screen flicker alot and back gets hot of the tablet is it true ?

If you are between an ipad mini retina and a nexus 7 then it's an obvious nod to the ipad for the better performance, battery life, app library and build quality if you can afford it.

If between the old ipad mini (closer in price to the 7) then definitively get the 7. The first ipad mini was not that great of a tablet. Especially for $300.
