Try to identify at which connection point it' leaking. is it the pump-fitting or fitting-tubing etc etc.

Usually it' just a matter of something getting loose. but since you have the aluminium kit one should be wary to corrosion as another factor.

Can you list out your loop components including which coolant you used and whether you used silver kill coils etc. More information helps.

The left fitting on the pump leaks whenever it runs(the outlet)

That looks like a pump/res combo, try and find a new one to see if it fixes it.

It's has to be the pump since I've swapped the fitting, and the leak stays at the outlet.

I've also tried some different tube, doesn't make a difference either

please take a zoomed in photo of the leaking port without the fitting. Is there any chance you'e misthreaded the port and now it can't form a seal.

I'd rather not order a new one if I don't need to

Honestly that'll be the most stress free way of fixing this issue, it looks and sounds like the pump/res combo is faulty.

Those threads are stripped out, it's only acetal so it only needs to be finger tight but there is no way to reliably salvage that unit.
