Just built a pc, every game feels like I'm walking on ice

So I just built a PC. When boot it up and played csgo on it, it felt really horrible like I'm walking on ice. At first I thought it was the internet connection but when I played other singleplayer games like Skyrim, Half life 2, DOOM, I still feel it. Could this be the case of input lag or hardware malfunction?

Make sure you have AMD FreeSync enabled in both your monitor's settings (if applicable), and the AMD Radeon Application that comes bundled with the non-minimal driver setup.

How do Reavers clean their spears?

|Specs in profile|

The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth comes again.

no i mean like it's very slippery. If i stopped pressing forward, the character in the game will take about few millisecond to stop moving

Run Benchmarks to check whether the PC is running as it should?

Use CPU-Z to check that all the components are being recognised by windows, also try stress test and bench test on cpu-z

Also is this a fresh install of windows or have you used it on a previous PC, if so then you should backup your data and reinstall windows.
