Computer not booting!!! Help

Hey guys so I just built myself a computer for Christmas.

Gigabyte Gtx 1060 3gb(works)

msi Tomahawk b350(works)

ryzen 5 1600 (stock cooler) (works)

hyper X ddr4 2144 ram( both sticks work)

nzxt s340 Case

kingston 120gb ssd(works)

2tb hard drive

everything works and when I go to plug in my flash drive with the iso on it goes to a black screen that looks like a empty command prompt, you can’t type or do anything on it.

When I turn on my computer it looks like this for 2 seconds and then switches to the command prompt thing0A1223E6-6CEF-4727-AB7E-74460D2B0815.thumb.jpeg.5bc5ff51d310d08b6d576f9fe5b71576.jpeg

Did you properly burn the windows 10 ISO using the dedicated Windows software?

Make sure you properly "installed" Windows onto your boot drive (USB drive). It won't launch the installer if you did it wrong.

A flashing cursor means there's no OS, install one and also disable the image in your BIOS setup so you can see the verbose log of your machine booting.
