First PC build planning

Hi guys, well, I am planning to build my first pc, all I want is 1080p ultra and 60 fps for years to come. Why? Well mainly because monitors are way, waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay overpriced in my country, Seriously, I'm not kidding. For example the Acer XFA240, wich is around 200 US Dollars in the US ( lol ) Here in Argentina costs 1000+ US Dollars, so I'm stuck with a normal ass 1080p 60hz display.

Now, back to PC parts, I have a 1.116+ dollar budget ( 20.000 ARS, maybe 5.000 ARS more idk ) just for the PC and mouse, but you'll see that much money I just mentioned, isn't enough for what you'd get in the US or Europe.

Hope you guys can help me, I'll leave some links to some hardware stores below

Hardware stores:

https://compragamer.com/index.php?seccion=5&nro_max=10

Extra link ( Kinda like Amazon but with much higher prices ):

I took all the parts from Compragamer: https://compragamer.com/index.php?listado_prod=1-5650%2C1-5655%2C1-2094%2C2-5326%2C1-5666%2C1-3280%2C1-5383%2C1-6060%2C1-5081%2C1-5021%2C1-%2C1-4671&seccion=11

CPU: Ryzen 5 1500X. One of the best bang for the buck CPUs for gaming.

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-AB350 GAMING 3 AM4 Ryzen. Well build motherboard with great I/O

Ram: 2X8 GB (16GB) of Crucial DDR4 2400Mhz Ballilstix Sport White. Ryzen Compatible, and the higher speed will make a difference for gaming (in Ryzen).

GPU: Sapphire RX 580 8GB DDR5 NITRO +: The RX 580 is the sweet spot for 1080p 60FPS gaming, and is slightly lower priced than the 1060. Also has 8GB of DDR5. I tried to get the 1070 it here, but oerpriced.

Storage: 1TB Toshiba 7200RPM Hard Drive, WD Green 120GB SSD for bootdrive.

Case: Corsair Carbide 400C White: Well made and reliable case.

PSU: EVGA 600W 80 Plus Bronze 600B: Well made power supply. 600W will be enough for the build, also 80+ bronze certified. EVGA power supplies are generally well regarded for.

Mouse:  MSI Interceptor DS B1 Gaming: Decent budget gaming mouse.

Total: 22930$

Also the website included something called PC Arming for 300, I think it's some sort of warranty.

*You could go for Intel, but the R5 seems to be a better deal. The i5 7600K costs 2000 more, and the motherboard also costs more.

Yeah that's what I had planned to get, thanks anyways red, I apreciate your help.

"Armado de PC" means if you want them to build it, and to save every buck, I'll build it myself
