SSD Lifespan

I have an older Kingston SSDNow V300 240GB SSD that I use in my main laptop (right now). I'm wondering how many reads/writes this SSD should take? I couldn't find a clear answer. I do some pretty write intensive things sometimes. Thanks.

That SSD is pretty crap, you will have a big decrease in speed long before it runs out of writes.

I'm aware. I can't afford anything better at the moment (thanks, work) so it's all I've got.
