Okay so lets just say I have a budget of 600 dollars. I need a graphics card, a 144hz monitor, and a monitor stand. The monitor should preferably be around 23 inches if possible. What is the best monitor and graphics card for me, and please provide links. The monitor stand should be for 2 monitors, since I already have one.

144Hz is gonna be tough at a $600 budget with a GPU thrown in. In general, I would recommend a GTX 1070 with an Asus Rog Swift PG279Q but both together are too far out of your budget even without the monitor stand.

GTX 1070 pricing is all over the place right now. Should I just get a 1070ti and hold off on the monitor?

I would personally wait, add to the budget, and get all at once(monitor stand included).

My birthday is in march so I might just hold off on the monitor and just get the 1070ti strix which is 500 dollars right now. I think that might be the best performance I can get. Then I can use 250 dollars on a monitor and stand

Assuming you can find a 144Hz monitor cheap enough. Other than that potential problem, sounds like a good plan to me. I would also look around for a cheaper 1070Ti if you can find one

Yeah I mean I can go 40 dollars cheaper if I look. I just liked the look of the strix. I might also ditch the 144hz and just get a 1440p monitor that might fit the budget better
