thats pretty much normal. clocks are a bit slow though, my gigabyte gtx 1060 3gb gets up to 2100mhz

Did you do a clean OS install on the new system and have you tried disabling HPET in the BIOS?

Well I did a benchmark on it and i got a score of 1856 and that seems to be normal for my card if not a bit above the avridge. So I guess there wasnt a problem after all, it was just my computer not using the fps when it didnt need them!
