Im building this on fases because i dont want to expend a lot of money in a short amount of time :)

2x 120mm Cooler Master 2000RPM SickleFlow 120 RED LED

RAM G.SKILL Aegis 8GB (1x8GB) DDR4-3000MHz CL16 (this is the cheapest at the store im building this, may change this)

Fase 2 budget 250€

I wouldn't personally build in phases because if something even better comes out between phases, that may screw you over.

It's a waste to buy your PC in parts, just save up like a 600 EUR budget or so and go from there

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

That would be exactly why you don't buy it in parts

If you must buy the case/PSU/RAM/HDD first
