Cant OC this stick of RAM.

Motherboard; Z170 Asrock Extreme4 ATX.

RAM: AVD4UZ121331508G-1COB Avexir Core Series. 1x8 2133MHz CL15.

It doesn't support XMP, changing speed, timings ect and I can't find out why.

Cinebench R15 Single thread:168 Multi-thread: 833 

SuperPi (v1.5 from Techpowerup, PI value output) 16K: 0.100s 1M: 8.255s 32M: 7m 45.93s

The standard ram speed is 2133MHz. This means you can’t overclock your stick with xmp or change the timings. It’s fine how it is now

That makes about 0 sense. My other kit can OC upto 3000Mhz despite being "rated" for 2400Mhz. My old kit of name name mix and match 4GB 1333Mhz DDR3 RAM with no heat spreaders could be overclocked to 1866Mhz and all of them would run at it. This is not an issue I have ever encountered. There isn't one person I can find complaining about not being able to OC a certain stick of RAM on a Z or X series Motherboard or even any AMD boards that support overclocking.

Overclocking doesnt come with guarantees on these low end stuff. If it overclocks well, that's nice. If it doesnt, then it's normal.

Mate, I know this. It's not the fact that it won't run at a stable OC. It's the fact that it won't overclock at all. I can change the multiplier in BIOs and it boots into Windows WITHOUT ANY ISSUES though it runs at 2153Mhz.. Not, I change the settings and I get a memory error resulting in my clearing BIOS ect.
