My monitor wont recognize my brothers computer?

Ok so I was testing my memory and starting up my fans and drive and everything went perfectly and the bios went well too. but now when I gave my brother back his monitor and it won't work it says asur and it says no signal! I've tried 4 different HDMI cables and 2 different HDMI ports and it still won't does anything! I'm wondering if it has to do with the bios? thanks! :)

This should be in tech support instead of off-topic. And make sure you set your BIOS settings to output either from your pcie GPU port or your motherboard's iGPU port. And you might want to do a cmos reset.
