I'm a new here and I need your help.

I want to change to thermal paste my cpu from my pc and laptop.

What to buy for thermal paste for the cpu the laptop and the computer?

Please I want to buy the best one.

Also, I wanted to question.  Arctic Silver 5 is the best? And, Does containing metals?

as5, arctic mx4, noctua nt-h1, tuniq tx4, all decent compounds. All compounds have some metal in them as metals have decent conductive properties. AS5 has silver among others.

um, CPU and GPU thermal paste are the same thing so..... again "the best" within a reasonable budget is probably this

How to clear old paste my cpu and gpu (PC and Laptop)?

at least 90% (more is ok too) Iphoprophal alcohol (You can buy it at any drug store) soaked paper towls/toilet paper and cue tips as needed. Rub off all thermal pate.
