anything under 85c load is fine, accounting for summer temps, 1.35v 4.8 and then lower voltage from there

I wouldn't go above 4.7-4.8GHz. I have a Cryorig H7 and at 4.8GHz I was hitting around 75c while gaming, and a Hyper 212 evo is a little worse than the H7. I've managed to get my 8600k to 5.1GHz on the H7, but I was hitting 91c during one run of cinebench. I guess if you're fine with 87c ish while gaming you could run it 24/7 but I'm personally not. I've found with my cooler, anywhere from 4.5Ghz to 4.8Ghz is where you want it to be.
