Gtx 690 for 780

I just got a gtx690 but now i can get a brand new gtx780 + a waterblock(dont remember the exact model) for my gtx690, will this be a good trade? The waterblock include a backplate and i saw some reviews and it peforms really well.

I don't really care about pure raw performance but i do care about the future and reliability.

So, should i make this trade??

Will have a performance drop but the single card and more VRAM is worth it.

If you have a custom loop then go ahead. If not it would be the stupidest thing ever.

If you play at 1080p single monitor you honestly will lose at this swap, i would personally try to find a block instead and keep the 690.

Yeah i was thinking about watercooling for a pretty long time but the price was holding me back but since i get a waterblock now i really gunna do this.

I know the 690 is more powerfull but i think a 780 is more futureproof and also better for triple monitor setup

Uhm also, i get a 2 year warranty from the shop, my 690 is without box and warranty and i have no idea how old the card is.

if your going for 3 monitor setup go for the 780 and overclock the hell out of it.

690,that thing is like a collectors item man.just save up for a 780ti or something. 690 is so beautiful
