Pinnacle 7010ix BSOD

So I got this tuner for my PC that has 2 rf inputs and 2 satellite inputs. I planned to use it for analog tv because the new tv I got handles it terribly. Anyway I can tune it in using the PCTV TV Center software and it finds the channels but then it either gets a bsod or starts to lock up or the screen just stays blank instead of showing a channel. 

 

Could this just be incompatible with windows 10? I can install Windows 7 to try it but I was just looking for a second opinion in case it's a waste of time.

Look up the manufacturer's site for newer drivers, Windows 10 fucked it up pretty hard with the creators update, literally every piece of software had to be updated to even remotely function since.

Old TV tuners barely work in 10 anymore sadly. If it’s a USB device, you could pass it through to a VM in virtualbox/vmware player and use it that way.
