i neds the OC help

So i just picked up apalit GTX 1060 dual and downloaded Afterburner i researched about what the core clock and memory clock sweet spot was and when i went to play GTA V it started to have this weird red spots(a mixture of high,very high,ultra msaa and fxaa on vsync off) and some weird artifacting and wanted to know first off all is that is there something wrong with my card and the next thing is what VALUES should i place in CC and MC in afterburner

You have to start by adding +25 on each or mixed. You should not see internet for OC values. Every card overclock different from one another. So, add values +5 if you reach some artifacts, reduce it and check.
