Shadowplay Question

I kind of get the jist of how Shadowplay works, but does it also record user audio? Like if i hit record and start talking in my mic would it also record that.

No, when I used it, it only recorded audio recieved, this means your game sound, if someone is speaking to you on skype, etc however your microphone will not be recorded. (Last time I checked).

Looks about mixed. I'd ask if someone can check do a test run, but i feel like that a bit much to run. Oh and i think i should specify just talking into the mic without skype, etc. Just curious if i need to setup something else to capture audio when i play outlast and want to record reactions.

this is what I see I believe it was a new update (audio) in game and microphone I believe as long as its set as your recording device in the windows settings

There was an update not long ago that records your microphone as well now.

Thats pretty cool! Im glad im getting a Nvidia GPU now! SoI'll just download Shadowplay and then I can record gameplay whenever I want and even post it on YT, all for free? No capture card? This is awesome!

Thats pretty much some of my reasoning. If the card starts to show its age, which wont be for a while, i can grab a G-Sync monitor where hopefully the prices go down.

Just want to say i just got my GTX 780 in today and shadowplay is pretty dope.
