Friend Needs Help

Mcronald_

A friend of mine needs help. He thinks that I have 16 GBs of RAM because I have 8 GB of VRAM and 8 GB of DRAM.

Please help me prove him wrong.

Well, very sorry to hear that, just tell him that VRAM is completely different than RAM. One is for frame buffer, while the other is for opened programs.

Thank you will tell him!

If your running windows just search for System and open that up.

That should show you the specs of the computer, RAM will be listed there. VRAM will not be listed.

You CAN however see it in task manager under GPU tab if running creators fall update windows 10.

LOL.

I love that the thread titled "Friend Needs Help" is actually: "I Need Help Proving My Friend WRONG".

This is exactly what the internet is for.

I think he named it "Friend needs help" to imply that his friend is in need of psychiatric help because he's so badly wrong tbh.

That said,

Take the amount of gigabytes you have of storage in your PC, add that count to your VRAM and DRAM, and give the whole count of gigabytes in your system to your friend. Just for kicks, come back here and let us know what he thinks of that.

Quote or tag me( @Crunchy Dragon) if you want me to see your reply
