I might pick up the wireless version.

Edit: I say this not only because it's a good deal but because my current mouse (the Logitech G403) when left just idling causes the cursor to "vibrate" almost, on screen moving it ever so slightly. Making it impossible to watch full screen YouTube... Etc. Which can lead to a very displeasing experience.

GPU: XFX RX 7900 XTX

CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D

I just really want a wireless lightspeed G502, close but not quite. I just love the shape and the feel of that mouse.

That probably wont happen because Logitech already has G900 which use the same sensor as G502 and had almost every feature that G502 has except the G900 is ambidextrous and wireless.

And with G502 wireless it would destroy the G900 on the market.

But i know how u feel.

I love the idea of ambidextrous for all of the lefties out there, but for me I always found the right handed mice feel better than ambidextrous. It feels like they are shooting themselves in the foot by not having a wireless version of the fan favorite gaming mouse.  I carry around a G502 in my bag because I love it so much, but it would save me room for traveling to have a wireless version.

Logitech G402 is at 34 USD now, what do you think of it?

Way too expensive for an old mouse u can get the Fnatic Flick G1 for that price with its superior PWM3310 sensor although its only have 2 side button but comfort wise Flick g1 win.

I expect the price for G402 to comes down to like $20-28 because of the AM010 sensor they are using.

But still a great sensor for casual FPS player or casual gamer.

A lot of people say that its basically G502 with less feature,They are wrong.

G502 use the famous Logitech own PWM3366 sensor which is far more superior than AM010 or PWM3310,3330 and even on par with PWM3398,PWM3388,PWM3989,Etc.

Although PWM3310 is enough for competitive FPS player it still has acceleration though but its consistent and hardly noticeable the downside of PWM3310 and PWM3330 is that they will spin out of u whip the mouse too fast or if u do tilt and slam aim technique.

G502 has better build quality and button too.

But yeah the price for G402 is still $35 in here. and probably wont come down.

Fnatic Flick G1 and other Fnatic mice seem to have jitter problem which is a big problem for my current laser mouse (very cheap stuff), Fnatic Flick G1 is only available used on Amazon, I can only buy from Amazon and it has to ship internationally, G402 was $20 on bestbuy but they refused my paypal and credit card when I tried on cybermonday so I am sticking to Amazon, I am lost again, what do you think of Nixeus Revel (glossy) for $25? anything better at this range? by the way, quality wise, what's the best brand, least failure units (if you know)?

I dont know about the other Fnatic mouse but the G1 doesnt have a jitter problem.

Have u seen the review by rocketjumpninja on that mouse?

PWM3310 is indeed have an acceleration but its consistent and hardly noticeable unlike Most laser sensor.

Nixeus Revel is much better than G402 but it lack of extra button only 2 on the side.

It use PWM3360 sensor which one of the best optical sensor with no acceleration,it use omron switches and has decent build quality,Suited for all grip style for medium to small hands.

Its a great budget mouse. i dont think u can find a mouse for $30 with 3360 sensor if u can let me know.

I'd choose that over G402 any day of the week.

rocketjumpninja is the one who mentioned jitter, an amazon reviewer mentioned jitter in clutch, even this one (Revel) few mentioned rattle, it won't be perfect at 25 dollars, I don't need buttons just hope I don't get a defective one.

Thank you for the help Hiya! :)

What? really?

I think he didnt though he just said it will spin out if u tilt and slam the mouse.

I'll rewatch his review on the G1 again.

Well its $30 mouse with 3360 so dont expect sturdy build quality :P If u want a sturdy build quality but inferior sensor then maybe G402 would be a better choice after all AM010 is not that bad.

Watch at 7:22, he puts it on 2 stacks of CDs and it jitters, my current mouse is even worse, first time it jittered it was on the the surface and not elevated so the computer screen turned on from sleep, I thought someone hacked my PC xD

I am afraid the difference with sensor will be minimal (taking into account my crappy hands/nerves) and nothing compared to using a bad mouse pad lol

Owhh that is the lift off distance.

Yes the PWM3310 implementation on the G1 is not perfect but i am sure people wont lift their mouse that high right?

Well the choice is yours AM010 is a good sensor for casual fps player and daily use.

My laser mouse is almost done, wheel gone, jitters, clicking is starting to act, so I got my PS2 with metal ball movement out to test it today, damn it's heavy at around 125-135 gram and friction is high, I got used to my laser one at around 65 grams, probably will try Revel for that reason more than sensor type.

Those old mouse with BALLS? that think is obsolete :P

I still remember using it when i was in junior high in 2010 at school in our computer LAB.

There is this 486 computer still working on the corner with its buckling springs model M keyboard and Ibm mouse with a trackball in it.

Well only buy Laser mouse if u want to use it at any surface that is the only pros of laser sensor compared to optical.

65Grams? that is pretty light i bet its a small compact mouse.

I mentioned it but forgot to say why I did, beside being heavy, missing feet, it's not bad when you fix the sensitivity, I felt a lot of control, but the laser mouse is light and flies compared to it but flies recklessly, the ball does not work well with extreme speeds, you literally lift it a little from the surface which doesn't register movement, this means working with some lift is needed so zero jitter on lift is important I guess, the laser is 10.4cm x 5-6cm not that tiny?

Here they are, now the mouse pad is probably the real granddaddy lol
