My grandpa's PC has a weird problem, some months ago the SSD broke and was sent to Kingston to repair (not sure if the SSD is the cause of the problem, just reporting), but the weird part started about two weeks ago I think, it showed the message "Operating System not found", I was about to reinstall Windows and for some reason I had to take it out of the wall outlet, when I plugged it back in, it booted normally to the OS, which was weird, from his reports, the problem happens if he turns off the computer and leave it plugged in, and taking out of the outlet or turning off the power supply magically fixes it. I didn't do any troubleshooting yet because it's a very weird problem and I don't know where to begin.
