however when I use my USB to install windows 10, that I setup with the creation tool a few days prior. it just sits on the first window logo, no spinning circles (for loading), just a blue windows 10 logo and that is it. at one point when I was messing with settings and stuff I got a few vertical lines or fairly spaced green dots on the top half of the monitor, but reseting the bios fixed that. my bios is up to date, I have tried waiting it out (2 hours) annnd nothing.. what the heck is going on and how do I fix it. did I forget something when building? if it helps my GPU fans aren't spinning but that's because it isn't in use.
please help me.
thanks in advance

the 8.1 USB works, but I don't have a key. so I'm going to set a new 10 usb to start setting up

10 doesn't require a key on startup right?

it asks for one, but there's a "I don't have a key" button that you can click to get past that stage.

If it’s not that, I’d try unplugging things like sata data cables and plugging them back in with your pc shut down of course. This could just be a cable to a hard drive that’s not seated right.

I redid the usb with a fresh creator tool and it worked. So corrupted
