Micca Origin+ issues

So, i've had a micca origin for almost a year now. 

 

Never really had any problems with it and upgraded my motherboard to a b-350f gaming from asus.

 

After a windows update i'm pretty sure the micca just stopped showing up on the playback devices.

 

Will I have to completely reinstall the drivers and go through that whole setup again or is there a much simpler way to fix it?
